FORMAT: Acquisitions of 100% fee interests and joint ventures on a selective basis
OTHER: Workouts, foreclosures and non-performing loans considered

Locations:

NEW YORK METROPOLITAN AREA: New York City, Northern New Jersey, Southern Connecticut, and Southern Westchester County. Proximity to mass transit, waterfront and locations within urban areas preferred.
